CAVE Cards are a unique collection of Internal Family Systems (IFS) parts' profiles, crafted with care and creativity by individuals from around the globe. Each card represents a part eager to be expressed, and you might find some that resonate deeply with your own experience.​

 

This inspiring CAVE Cards' project is led by two skilled IFS professionals, Adele Caemmerer and Evija Volfa, who are passionate about facilitating self-discovery. The name of the cards, CAVE, was formed using the first letters of the names and surnames of the aforementioned IFS specialists.

​

The cards at the top of the page beautifully illustrate the eight qualities of Self: Curiosity, Calm, Clarity, Connectedness, Confidence, Courage, Creativity, and Compassion, inviting you to explore these attributes within yourself.

Each card carries a significant message that reflects the creator's journey. As you engage with the characters, forms, and colors, allow yourself to uncover your own meanings and insights.

We invite you to join the CAVE Cards' project by contributing your own profiles of IFS parts to this growing collection. Our goal is to create a space where the personal becomes universal. To ensure full confidentiality, the names of the card creators are not disclosed. When preparing descriptions, we invite you to avoid using identifying information.
