This inspiring CAVE Cards' project is led by two skilled IFS professionals, Adele Caemmerer and Evija Volfa, who are passionate about facilitating self-discovery.

The cards at the top of the page beautifully illustrate the eight qualities of Self: Curiosity, Calm, Clarity, Connectedness, Confidence, Courage, Creativity, and Compassion, inviting you to explore these attributes within yourself.

Each card carries a significant message that reflects the creator's journey. As you engage with the characters, forms, and colors, allow yourself to uncover your own meanings and insights.
